pysaml2 패키지의 IDP 서버가 암호화 과정에서 초기화 벡터(IV)를 재사용하여 암호화 강도가 약해지는 취약점입니다. 이로 인해 같은 평문에 대해 항상 같은 암호문이 생성되어 공격자가 패턴을 분석할 수 있습니다. 버전 4.4.0 이하에서 발생합니다.

💡 쉬운 설명

pysaml2 암호화 라이브러리가 데이터를 암호화할 때 매번 새로운 무작위 변수를 사용하지 않고 같은 변수를 반복 사용합니다. 그 결과 같은 데이터는 항상 같은 암호 형태가 되어 공격자가 쉽게 해독할 수 있습니다.
