가상 머신이 사용하는 메모리를 암호화해야 하는데, 이 과정에서 오류가 발생해도 암호화되지 않은 메모리가 그대로 노출될 수 있는 문제입니다. 이를 통해 공격자가 가상 머신의 중요한 데이터를 훔쳐볼 위험이 있습니다.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
hv_netvsc: Don't free decrypted memory
In CoCo VMs it is possible for the untrusted host to cause
set_memory_encrypted() or set_memory_decrypted() to fail such that an
error is returned and the resulting memory is shared. Callers need to
take care to handle these errors to avoid returning decrypted (shared)
memory to the page allocator, which could lead to functional or security
issues.
The netvsc driver could free decrypted/shared pages if
set_memory_decrypted() fails. Check the decrypted field in the gpadl
to decide whether to free the memory.
