Linux kernel의 SMB 클라이언트 query_interfaces() 함수에서 경쟁 조건(race condition) 취약점이 발생합니다. 두 개 이상의 인터페이스 쿼리 작업이 동시에 iface_last_update를 업데이트하려고 할 때 발생하며, iface_lock을 사용하여 동기화함으로써 해결됩니다.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
smb: client: prevent races in ->query_interfaces()
It was possible for two query interface works to be concurrently trying
to update the interfaces.
Prevent this by checking and updating iface_last_update under
iface_lock.
